Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease

Often can be painless and normal part of aging, other times it can cause pain in the neck worsened by movement.

X-Rays and MRI can evaluate wear and tear but often cannot pinpoint painful sites. There are diagnostic tests that can help pinpoint painful locations.

Conservative management includes rest, physical therapy, ice/heat, massage, acupuncture, and medications. More aggressive options can include regenerative medicine. (link to disc)
